Mizzou is blackballed by the Big X. Y’all turned them down in 2011. No way they’re going to offer again.

SEC needs a green team. No SEC school has the color green.

At some point Vandy joins the ACC. They don’t care about annual, pay out money since the have plenty of rich alums.
It’s more important to their administration to be in a conference with Duke, UNC, UVA, Wake, GT, BC, Miami et al. than SEC football factories.

The Big 10 is NOT giving up the NYC TV market (Rutgers) for St Louis/KC.
How many NYC TVs are tuned in to watch Rutgers on any given Saturday?
Rutgers and Maryland have always been bad fits for the B1G, in multiple ways. Google the topic and you'll find a plethora of articles discussing their leaving the league in one way or another.

Rutgers is not getting kicked out of the big 10, their academics are far superior to anything Mizzou has, and not to mention a bigger market for television. So provide links or STFUwith this nonsense.

Literalist, you have been saying this for years. They told you that you weren't good enough for them, and you still beg them for acceptance.
You are the collegiate version of a whiny ex girlfriend with zero self esteem.

Initial talks to begin January 5th. Rutgers will be out.
Why?
Rutgers just agreed to upgraded their facilities and signed Greg Schiano and he is the guy I wanted at Mizzou before hiring Drinkwitz. Tennessee blew it! Mizzou got the coach that will do better than Odom in 4 years.
If B1G going to kick anyone out it will be Nebraska. Not Rutgers. Rutgers is going to be better than Nebraska and the recruiting background at Rutgers is huge compare to Nebraska!

Mizzou turned them down! Why? They were asked to take a partial payout for 4 years and not the full payout that the SEC offered to join the conference.

More than likely but I would imagine its not a deal breaker and schools like VT and NC State would jump at the chance to take their place with better TV markets.
How come that didn't happened when there was an opening before Mizzou got in the SEC?

Like you were doing the same thing about Odom and Mizzou?

Kick them out and add Clemson.
The East needs a true Alpha.
Move Vandy to the West. The east keeps Kentucky as its punching bag.
Then MAYBE the East will stack up to the west.
Clemson wouldn't be what they have been recently in the SEC east or west....either way they'd play a SEC schedule and they already either lose one or come close to losing one in a conference that is Clemson and Clemson only...
