He sucked arse this year.

Mizzou’s Oline was horrible this year.

We returned a lot of experience, including a 2018 1st team all SEC linesman. And we couldn’t get a push on SEMO’s d-line. You’re fricked.

Ha. Our head coach has been the best Oline coach in the country. We’ll be fine sweetheart.
I’m sure Drink & Itch will revolutionize Mizzou Oline play.

Well, he just hired someone who is decidedly not the best.

That's a good hire.
This part is fodder for OT travel ball jokes, though.

He seemed to do well last year and at Florida though

Honestly, he could be fine without the weight of Dooley on him.

He was an offensive line GA under Pittman at UNC in 2008. He’s also from Oklahoma, like Pittman.

Being honest here, this is probably a spot they figure they can save money since they have Pittman. He’s experienced at least, but his unit was bad and shouldn’t have been. Way underachieved

If this is the Brad Davis I’m thinking of, he was very average at Florida. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt because it came to be well known that he and OC Brent Pease did not get along and that likely impacted how our line looked.

He’s very ok, and coming off a poor year, but again that’s probably the spot they are least worried about.

I was wondering what the dynamic wold be like between Pitt and his offensive line coach. I imagine Pitt will have some trouble giving up control of it especially in his first year. Makes sense that his OL coach is someone who has already been an assistant under him.

Yeah, it will probably be fine.
The spot I’d be most worried about would be the OC if he’s really looking at Johnson

I dont think you know what a HC does on a week to week basis but hes not going to be fricking around with the OL.
