. I know Texas and Florida have multiple teams, but they didn’t have pro franchises until the early to mid sixties. Missouri has been in that club since the mid 19th century. College sports there is considered niche and that will never change.

That's always been my take as well. As a long-time Atlanta Braves fan, it has always been quite obvious that Cardinal fans are the most knowledgeable and loyal pro sports fans I've ever come across. They always have bunches of fans that travel to the games in the ATL. Hard for Mizzu sports to compete with that.

Dipshitz isn't a threat to anyone. Wake Forest may cost him his job. They win by 21 points.

We are never going to be a program that can pull a proven coach from a P5 school (Kiffin, Kelly, etc.). We will hire from non-P5 and going back to that well every couple years isn’t going to make your program better (Florida). We were some fluke plays from winning 2 more games this year, (Auburn and Kentucky) and 4 minutes from beating Georgia. Reload the defensive line and get some playmaking on offense, and our team will be fine.

Is this the queer Beaker / golfer's latest alt? He appears to be severely butthurt.

Probably golfer. Real estate investing in Lawrence has slowed down enough for him to post here on the weekends.

Queer seems to be on your mind.

Guess that comes with being a Mizzou fan.

I haven’t studied it but it seems like he recruits better than his predecessors. Not sure how though because he is one goofy mofo.

Anger? I'm making fun of your punk coach. You're the one angry about it.

What about your home life? How is Christmas? Are you decorating the house with shite swastikas instead of a tree? Watching your coach act like a classless jerk and the wife sucking BLM dick your newest holiday tradition?

Is this you?

But Pinkel almost always knew how to recruit and develop quarterbacks, the latter of which is Drink's problem.

But...But...

I get so frickin' tired of the Madden game types that only look at playmakers. News break...it's a TEAM SPORT and strong as it's weakest link. It's about the Jimmies and Joes on both sides of the ball and across the field.

Thanks for the news flash, Mule. It doesn't change the fact that Brady Cook is one of the weaker links.

Drink needs to upgrade his recruiting and development at offensive line and quarterback to get to the next level. He also needs to sharpen his in-game decision making which hopefully comes with experience.

Overall I think he's done a good job. Between he and Desiree Reed-Francois they've done a great job of re-energizing the students and we know how well he's done at recruiting. I don't envy his job trying to hold a team together year over year with NIL and the transfer portal being what they are, but IMO the quickest way to overcome average talent elsewhere is through excellence at quarterback.

Pinkel consistently did this. Hopefully Drinkwitz will too, but thus far it hasn't happened. Sorry that's a fact.

QB is certainly a high priority in today's game, but so is having a coherent gameplan from week to week, which he is woefully lacking at. He better have a true OC going forward because he obviously can't do it all, and his ending won't be pretty.

They played pretty much everyone on their schedule really competitively, the product on the field was solid. I mean we are talking about Missouri, if you ask me it is by far the hardest SEC school to recruit a player to. Just look at the schools they have to recruit against in the conference. I think Mizzou is one of the few schools in the country who looks at the program with realistic expectations

Tennessee 66

Missouri 24

Super competitive
