Seemed likely he was going to declare. Does this lead him to return?

That’s horrible luck. Hope he fully recovers.

Damn that sucks for him. I think it probably does lead to him coming back, as while he was a first rounder, that likely drops him a lot.

Family’s legs are cursed.

Hope it works out for him.

Jesus Christ... is there something in the water up there that only works on the Porter family?

I could see him coming back for another season but I'm not to sure how sound he will be. At this point I'd say his chances of getting drafted are pretty slim. He needs to come back and have a solid year to get interest from NBA teams.

Cant see an NBA team drafting him now. He needs to play next year, and should be healthy for the start of next season.

There’s gotta be something in the Porter family genetics for those weak arse ligaments.

No way he comes back from a second knee ligament tear full strength in 9 months.

I know recovery time is quick, but basketball players really seem to struggle with knee ligament tears

That's awful. Wish him the best on a recovery. That's just brutal

I hope Mizzou tells him to kick rocks if he wants to stay on scholarship for another empty year.

4 years between the 2 Porters for one actual basketball season?

Pass.

This is awful.

Hopefully they make a full recovery and stay healthy.
