Elko has turned down Notre Dame once already, we'll see if he turns down A&M for a second time as well. Desperation is not a good look for your AD

Option 1: Pruitt
Option 2: Elko
Aranda wasn't an option until he showed interest, but I'll give you elko would be option 3 then.

Pruitt took a head coaching job.
Aranda took 10M guaranteed at LSU.
Elko was ecstatic to leave the ND DC job for a better position at A&M. Took him about 2 minutes to jump on board after we offered him.
He's a great hire!

Why is Elko a good hire? ND had the 46th ranked defense this year. Is his track record based off of his 1 good year at Wake Forest? I'm not trying to troll. I honestly don't get why he's a good hire. Educate me.
