Congrats? No one cares about UCF. It sucks because I think what UCF has done in a short time is amazing. Good program. But no one will ever care more than they do today and that isn’t enough to help you break into the club of top CFB programs.

Jalen is a fine young man and would be asset to any team he chooses to play on. UCF would be lucky to have him. But despite all of the talk, Jalen says he is staying at Bama, maybe that is just to keep from distracting from the big game I don't know. But I see no reason to doubt Jalen's word and his good character is apparently one of his best traits. He has improved so much this year and may feel his best chance to get in the nfl is as Bama's backup under the current coaching staff. There are several players in the nfl right now who were not starters at Bama, but still get plenty of playing time. Since Jalen is a coach's son, maybe the nfl is not his end plan. Sure he would give it a shot but I suspect his plan B and end plan is coaching and I suspect he may end up on Saban's staff, should he not make a nfl roster or after his pro career is over.

If he chooses to stay at Alabama, he should request a redshirt next year and then he could start as a senior when Tua goes pro.

If true, he'll probably win the Heisman with that schedule.

they tell me they already have better qb's waiting to play, I think if he does decide to transfer he would go somewhere they promise to start him, and OU can not promise him that

It’s SMU or TCU. They offer the grad program Hurts is looking for.
