SEC exactly equal to Net rankings. ISU gets last 1 seed if everything holds.

Can't really argue to be honest. Teams like Arkansas and Alabama have a ton of talent but also some glaring weaknesses.

From the Alabama perspective - just keep winning and it’ll take care of itself. The next two are expected wins (at LSU, home vs Miss State) and then next Saturday in Knoxville. If Alabama wins all three, they’ll be a four seed or higher.

Alabama has momentum but they can’t slip up. At some point I expect a slip up and it wouldn’t surprise me if LSU plays Bama close today.

The only team I want to avoid is Houston, playing in Houston. That’s going to be a brutal break for whichever team is slotted there.

Looks anlmost exactly as expected. I’d have probably knock Iowa State back behind Houston and UConn but otherwise looks exactly right.

Bama should be #17. Arky #18. St John’s #19. Tennessee #20… at least going into the day.

I don’t get the Vandy love at all.

Beat nobody out of conference and have one ranked win in conference play

They get the spot over Bama because they beat Bama. Had Bama beat them, they’d be there instead.

UVa wouldn't be a favorite over Alabama. Otherwise, looks pretty good to me.

I don’t think that’s right. Arkansas blew their doors off, so the Sam would apply for Arkansas. They love Vanderbilt

Alabama doesn’t have a loss as bad as Vandy does with losing to OU. Bama also has better wins and better in conference standings.

Arkansas has much better wins that any of Vandys, better conference schedule and blew out Vandy. I guess Arkansas has one bad loss in Auburn

It doesn’t matter because it will all play out but Vandys schedule is the weakest of them all

Been there, done that, came away with a win on their home court (think they may have been ranked #1 at the time, but could be wrong). Bama will take that over Az, Mich, or FL all day long.

Michigan, Arizona and Florida are the 3 I don't want any part of.

Lunardi has Alabama as a 4 seed right now -- assume that's mainly because he tries hard to predict what the selection committee will actually do and WAB (Wins Above Bubble) has been the metric most closely fitting their actual seeds the past few years.

At any rate, lots of basketball to play. Any of Arky, Tenn, Bama or Vandy could easily end up a 4 seed or potential 3 seed by finishing 4-1.
