I wanted to brag on this kid a minute. He came out of nowhere, true freshman, with no P5 offers. Showed out yesterday again auburn and has done a great job all year. Those double moves he put on auburn CBs were sweet.

He’s a good one.

Was his dad a pro?

Phil?

A little shout-out to Dan Jackson while we're at it. Walk-on safety getting a large amount of minutes due to injuries in the secondary.

Yep! Not a peep from Recruiting Services completely over looking McConkey! Got that sneaky speed!

Same for Safety #47 Dan Jackson! Dude is a baller! Many times White skill players in HS have to go "over & beyond" to get noticed!

Georgia State has a Walk -on RB Tucker Gregg who rushed for 150 yards vs. Auburn a few weeks ago! Another whiff from Recruiting Services!

To be fair. He was injured the year before Covid and then didn’t get to be evaluated because of Covid.

That double move he put on Auburn’s DB was as good as any 5-star in the country could have done.

I was a little worried early in the year when he was getting a lot of targets because with all the talent we had at that position in the Spring he just didn’t seem like a guy who should have been getting on the field.

Boy was I wrong. Turns out, he’s pretty legit. Should be a good one for years to come
