Now do Garrison. He had a 6 second camp out end of 1st half himself. Acting like this isn’t blatantly abused by every school is silly.

I doubt the refs are blatantly missing a ton of real 7-second camp-outs. What's actually happening here is that most people (myself included tbh) don't pay attention to how the rule is called but are now because Oats drew attention to it, and are coming to the realization that refs are pretty lax about resetting the timer whenever a player briefly steps out of the lane.

If the NCAA wants to make the continuous wording of the rule a point of emphasis this off-season and thus call more 3-second violations, that'd be fine, but there are bigger rule issues in CBB right now. The fact that screeners are taught to push off now is a joke. As are the current block/charge rules (it's nearly impossible to draw a charge now). The complaining about camping out in the lane is mostly just sour grapes that we have Chinyelu and other teams don't.

Calls are missed in every game. You spent twice as much on your roster as UF did. If this helps you sleep at night cool. Hold that L anyway 22 million dollar champs.

By that rationale, Kentucky is missing a fair chunk of that roster (Lowe, Kam, and JQ). But still held their own yesterday.

Has a three second violation even been called at all this season?

Almost never seen in college anymore.

tents in the lane are beyond outrageous

To be fair I’m not even sure why this is still a rule in college basketball, because they haven’t been calling it for 10+ years.

Two things can be true at once.

Florida has out-performed Kentucky in Men's Basketball. And the officiating of the game makes it - at least for me - unwatchable.

Both things can be true.

A great example is Boozer from Duke. This guy packs a lunch and eats it in the lane.

Garrison camping out and demanding the ball is a winning play for whomever plays Kentucky.

They seemed to be of great help early in the year when you were losing by 30 to any team with a pulse. Cutting your rotation down and not having a pg volume shooting 35% from the field is actually helping you. Golden said as much in his presser yesterday. You are welcome for Aberdeen can’t imagine the total trash can your team would be without him.

Kentucky bitching about refs in Basketball is like Alabama in Football..you get the calls in your favor so much, you now expect it. Sucks when it reversed doesn't it? Kentucky basketball fans complaining about refs is as funny and sad as the Yankees, Lakers, Patriots, etc..just so used to most calls going your way you are in disbelief when it doesn't.

We had I believe one game with them all playing. So no, it wasn’t all three healthy getting blown out. And yes, we would’ve been better off if our PG stayed healthy all season and JQ played more then a couple of games. You’re silly if you think otherwise.

Again, Golden wants to pimp his $22 million comment but it was more like $12 mil.

It may be 12 million in your 9 man rotation now. 2.5 is definitely sitting on the bench with a swollen knee though. If only 15 other coaches would have said pass before yours so stupidly gave him his asking price. You also paid Zel 2 million when he’s a 2 guard that shoots 36% from 3. That’s 4.5 million wasted that I’m 100% certain of. How much did Lowe cost? Let’s do the numbers if it’s not 22 million.

You could dissect any and all game film to say that the refs could've called a foul in certain situations but didn't. That's basketball. I would think UK fans would know this, but I guess UK fans aren't used to being outclassed physically.

The refs lose every game for UK. Just ask their fans
