If you use douche that many times in one sentence then you may be one yourself.
Probably....but my goal is to reach the level of douchiness as JMAN2 Ent. I'm not sure if that's a realistic goal though. He's like the Jay-Z of douches.
A simple cease a desist order would have been a little less douchey

What is the over/Under on A&M fans coming close to calling Manziel's actions douche baggery?

For a Parrot Head you sure are mad, maybe it's time to take a trip to a beach and relax a little bit.
Pointing out observations does not equate to mad. Nobody in the history of college sports has ever done this because there's not a need to. He's already got a lavish lifestyle due to his parents success but now he's just taking money the aTm Atheltic department could make and he's sending straight to his bank account for court side seats and various VIP rooms "in da club." I wanted to get on the JFF bandwagon but he's just a tool who thinks he's too good for his own school (and the same people who are defending him in this thread)

Well at least he's not out getting shitty chest tattoos. When he gets MVP tatted on his chest I'll start to worry about it.

Oh you're talking about the other thread with Ingram? Can you make a case that the guy isn't average?

recently received a ruling from the NCAA that a student-athlete can keep financial earnings as a result of a legal action.
The door has been opened. Now Alabama will bust through just like we always do...
Yeldon forms a corporation and trademarks a nickname. A wealthy Alabama booster will infringe upon that trademark, making quite a bit of $ in the process by selling merchandise to Alabama fans. Yeldon sues booster, booster decides to settle out of court in order to avoid a costly trial.
Oh I like this new rule!

Slim and none.
AJ's mom has a wonderful rack. Nothing to do with anything, but just wanted to say it.

Making Money or getting a shitty chest tattoo? I guess Bama fans would rather have a chest tattoo.

I know I kind of set myself up for it

How old are you? 20?
What does AJ's tattoo have anything to do with how JFF is a douche? Stop trying to change the topic. JFF is a douche bc he doesn't go to class bc he's too cool then he sues someone making money off of aTm success. This only happens or every like 20 years so (aTm relevancy) I don't know why he's trying to ruin the fun with law suits

This reminds me of NFL suing for the "who dat" or getting t shirt vendors to stop

Most people will see this as a douchebag move. And most people would be right.
When he was little Johnny Football and he came onto the scene where he was battling to be a starter in the Spring and no one knew who he was...he was endearing.
Since then, all his off-the-field stuff has really turned off most people.

Some of you people are really bitter little nerds.
This trademark stuff began in the fall because if Johnny and his family do not stop people from selling and profiting off his likeness it will result in serious eligibility issues for him.
HE HAS NO CHOICE but to do this if he wishes to continue playing ball. Does anyone really think JFF is going to become rich from some damages from a guy selling a few t-shirts online? Hell no, he will most likely never see a dime, however a ruling in his favor will establish a precedent in his favor and stop everyone and their dog from trying to make money off him and his name.
