ummm....a few weeks before the NFL draft isn't good timing for anyone in the NFL. Get real bro.
Listen, bro, it might not be a great time for the Ravens, but it's not a bad point for Ozzie if he wanted to make a career change. Basically going out on top. Plus, Alabama could easily have an interim AD for a month if Ozzie was available post-draft.

Get well wishes to Mal Moore; not a lot of sympathy for a sick old man sadly.

weird, right?
idk, i feel bad for anyone that's edging closer to death... even if they're old, and sometimes especially if they're old. but i reckon ole Mal has lived a hell of a lot more fulfilled life than most. so, on that front i guess i don't pity him. but i pity anyone that knows they're old enough to kick the bucket any ole time. sucks.

Man, I was just catching up on this thread and got to thinking about all that Coach Moore has been a part of at Alabama. Its really going to be a passing of a legend when he leaves us.
Best wishes to you Coach Moore, and I hope you get well very soon.

Quit trying to guilt trip people. It's the Internet
That being said I hope the best for Mal. You have to admire the things he has done for Alabama

Besides accomplishing a caravan load at Alabama with being involved in 10 national championships and hiring Saban, what kind of AD was he? How did he lead, how did he approach things, what are his strengths and weaknesses?
I hope he can stay around longer. He seems like a good person.

Serious question, why do you call him Coach Moore still?
He will always be called Coach Moore by the Alabama faithful.

Bill Byrne will be his replacement...and will drive the football program into oblivion while paying top dollar for non-revenue sports and giving himself a raise whenever a women's team wins a national title.

Fundraising was his biggest strength.
That and not taking no for an answer to Saban of course.

No doubt.
I think this now means that Coach Sarah Patterson is the last connection to Coach Bryant in the athletic dept.

Potential death sentence.
It is when something (often a blood clot that breaks loose somewhere else in the body) travels through the heart and blocks the pulmonary artery - keeping blood from getting to the lungs.
If the blockage is complete and happens before the artery splits to go left and right to each lung, you die right then and there.

Hope Coach Moore pulls through and enjoys many years retirement.
