Yes. You are missing the fact that teams change from year to year, and although Bama has a good team, there is no sure fire way of KNOWING who will win.

With Alabama having such a tough schedule, I do not see them getting out of regular season play unscathed...I think you are just reading too much into Mack's words here. Just calm it down a bit. Not everyone is out to get Alabama(or cares).

You won't see me arguing your points. You will me questioning Mack because he used Pryor as the reason why Ohio State will make it and Alabama won't. He said nothing about Alabama losing a lot and Ohio State returning 15 of 22.

His response was Ohio State, which I can understand. His reasoning? Terrelle Pryor can lead them there. Ummm, am I missing something or is Alabama returning a starter who has already led them there and won it all? He makes no sense.

He likes Pryor/OSU because he sees QB as the most important position and likes OSU's QB better than anyone else's IMO

It was 3-0. They had kicked a FG after the turnover on Alabama's punt team. Alabama then was unable to recover the kickoff, and Texas drove inside the ten, and then Colt went down.

Idk..it wasn't like Gmac absolutely took over the game against Tejas..it was the tough bama D and solid line and run game that really put UT down for good..maybe he just saw more potential in Pryor than in Gmac? I agree, as far as potential goes, i'd give the nod to Pryor..You can look at any national qb rankings and see that TPryor is usually ranked ahead of GMac..

That isn't to say McElroy is a bad qb, but geez this guy can do it all..run 10x faster, pass a lot further..i know bama won the NC, but i wouldn't use that as a reason that McElroy is better than Pryor.

You won't see me feeling sorry for Texas. I couldn't find it without the text, but this is Colt on the sideline while Texas was down 24-6...why is he not focusing on Gilbert or the game on the field? Why is he smiling? Say what you want, but this image is why I get so tired of people making excuses for McCoy going down. In this picture, he looks like he doesn't really give a damn..

Pryor:
167/295 (56.6%), 7.1 yards per attempt, 2094 yards, 76 long, 18TD, 11 INT, 22 Sacks, 128.91 Rating

Gmac:
198/325 (60.9%), 7.72 yard per attempt, 2508 yards, 80 long, 17 TD, 4 INT, 18 sacks, 140.55 Rating

Looks like Gmac wins yet again...

McElroy is one of the most overrated players in the SEC. He had one of the nations best defenses and rushing attacks last year. He is an average player who yall think looks fantastic due to the team around him.

Thought you were talking about Leinhart there for a minute.

Didn't Pryor rush for around 800 yards as well last year?

You care to compare their stats from last year marines?

Sure and then I will compare whoever Texas Tech had at QB with them as well. Then the TTU QB will automatically be a better QB than Pryor or McElroy.
