I’m am super happy for the Tigers! Great year all things considered. I also don’t expect to hear about the 2 point conversion again.

Bama fans are mad because we ended their playoff dreams. Aggie fans are like women. They get mad about things that nobody else thinks about.

It was a great showing regardless of what a fan base thinks of LSU. Some folks need to put away their biases and just appreciate a dominant performance when they see one.

I was born in Baton Rouge (and went back for 3 1/2 years) as an adult for work, and raised an LSU fan. My brother is still a die hard LSU fan, and we were texting back and forth during the game. I texted him and said that LSU could score 100 on Purdue if they wanted. I have seen/heard people say this before, and laughed to myself thinking nobody could score 100.

LSU could have scored 100. I believe that.

It was a great, dominating performance.

Ended your playoff hopes that your posters are NOW chiming in about how you could have won this whole thing.

Didn’t even get a chance to go to Atlanta.

No, you’re “not mad”.

"I also don’t expect to hear about the 2 point conversion again."

I thought it was unbecoming for Kirby to go for 50 for the sake of 50 but was not upset about it. I thought trick plays yesterday were also unbecoming at that point in the game, but was not upset about it. I'm old school, for sure. But i try to be consistent.

Neither bothered me at all. I'm of the Spurrier mindset. If you don't want someone to run up the score, bring a better defense.

If Kelly shuts it down in the bowl game, it encourages even more kids to opt out in the future. The team looked like they were having fun which goes a long way for guys playing in the future.

Thank you. Thank you. Of course it couldn't have happened without all us LSU fans coaching the team and providing expertise and insight all season long. I have no idea why the coaches and players think they had anything to do with it.

Now, go forth and get that repeat championship against TCU. It's kinda neat to see UGA doing so well these past two years. I live smack dab in the middle of Bulldog country and I actually don't hate them like I hated Kentucky and Florida when I lived in those two states. Georgia fans are pretty decent folks. (I'm told I'd have a different perspective on this if I was a fan of Tennessee, Florida, or Tech though.)

Good luck against the Horny Toads!

Anybody that's ever watched football knows that there is ONE play that a team feels has the best chance of success when the game is on the line in a goal line sutuation. Kirby Smart decided it was more important to show his chapped arse and get payback for the arse whippings he took in 2018 and 2019 than to keep that play in the bag with 2 playoff games on the horizon.

Running one trick play in the 3rd quarter of a blowout bowl game win is a way of giving FSU something extra to have to prepare for come September 3, 2023. Kelly was subbing early in the game and playing walk ons towards the end.
