This situation will be cleared up before tomorrow
Guy kills thief in Baton Rouge ghetto and actually stays on the scene to call cops and paramedics
The cops would have given him a slap on the arse and a high five if he wasn’t an athlete and nobody would have cared or known. North BR is that bad.
But they will do their “due diligence” since this is somewhat high visibility

Alleva already came out and said counseling will be provided. No matter the reason, taking a life is something that affects you forever unless you are an animal

So did the thief have a gun also. Was he using this gun or another weapon to rob the guys & they shot him in self defense?

I’m hearing he had a licensed gun. His dad is a cop. I’m guessing he has a conceal carry. The early word is it was an armed robbery that went terribly bad for the perp. Clyde is the opposite of a problem kid. But in the hood, problems can find you. Regardless, somebody is dead. I hope in their glee to bash all things LSU the worst of this board remembers to let the facts emerge before throwing around charges and insults.

Just glad that Clyde is the one that gets to go home to his family. Chalk this one up as a win for the good guys as this could have gone way worse for him.
