If it was my money, I’d be pissed. This situation gives me joy. Am I not allowed to laugh at it? It’s hilarious to me. You’re paying a dude bonuses because Ole Miss is winning playoff games. And the dude is Lane Kiffin. Same guy that constantly leaves programs with their pants down. Same guy that was left at the tarmac by USC. What’s even more hilarious is all of the coonarses on this board defending this situation

The school guaranteed him 20+ million to pay players. I used the wrong terminology. NIL is separate from the school funds used to pay players. My point is why in the hell would you use money (school funds) or even booster money for so.ething like that when it could have gone into the funds to pay players?

It’s common practice to pay people unearned bonuses to jump ship. I’ve had it done for me twice and I’ve done it several times to recruit top talent. It’s just business.
