The entire albert means story is fricked up. I actually have always felt bad for bama over that one.
The NCAA literally determined that the school and coaching staff knew of no money moving and they charged them with no wrong doing. They also couldn't determine is the kid knew anything or not. But since a close booster of the program did it they said it was considered part of the staff and made an example out of alabama so other boosters would stop paying players under the table. Gave alabama everything but the death penalty...
That's like the three generations rule in north korea. People don't break the law because they know if they do their entire family will be enslaved for 3 generations... Absolutely pathetic.

Most of Funes' crap happened prior to 2017 season. The overwhelming amount of the money went to him for personal use like his house, expensive toys and dick measuring activities like chartering planes to take friends and family to awy games for LSU and the Saints. The money to James Alexander happened in late 2015. Most of the money went in Funes' pocket mainly. The real number of money embezzeled is way north of 810K. That figure is the settled on amount. There are other players(not football) that had their hands in the cookie jar.
