Everybody already knows Texas is really a part of Mexico. Water is wet.

Impossible. They can't find 12 jurors in Red Stick who have never been convicted felons.

So rich your new DC is suing you to make sure you pay the contract he broke dumbest shite ever, gonna cost Chavis a lot more now, aTm already said its not their responsibility to pay any buyouts

Chavis got a 400k raise, year 1 that's canceled out after he pays the buyout, plus he's gonna have to pay LSUs and his own Lawyer bills what an idiot!

So, Chavis will essentially be taking a pay cut to coach defense at Texas A&M where he has little talent and an offensive philosophy that runs at breakneck speed?

This is hilarious.

Will he even come out of his office to meet recruits in the hallway after this? Or will he just go from his office to the coach's box on gameday to call a crappy defense when the game is on the line and it really matters?

The Brazos county court can render no judgement against LSU as it is a Louisiana state entity. Chavis' suit is aimed at aTm. The Texas district court can rule that aTm has to pay Chavis if Chavis has to pay LSU. But only a court in Louisiana can rule on whether or not Chavis owes the buyout to LSU. The Texas suit will only determine the obligations between aTm and Chavis, not between Chavis and LSU.

Consistently ranked ahead of AM in multiple sports? Being baylor should be your goal.

Official statement from A&M

quote:

Quote: "There is not a dispute between Coach Chavis and Texas A&M. The University stands behind its commitment to Coach Chavis to pay any buyout due to LSU. The issue is that Texas A&M disagrees with LSU that any buyout payment is actually due."

In his suit, Chavis also lists A&M as a defendant because the school agreed to “provide (Chavis’) obligations (from) the LSU contract. They will be responsible for that — if there are any,” A&M’s lawyer told The Houston Chronicle.

bullshite, and improper party they did this to destroy diversity and prevent removal.
