Like I said earlier. Congrats on the undefeated regular season. Well deserved and a great accomplishment, but you're getting a little carried away since it's only your schools 3rd time to do it.

I was about 7 years old in 1995, but I remember Tommy Frazier, and I have since seen them on ESPN classic.

We don't beat '95 Nebraska in my opinion.

2001 Miami is debatable. Dorsey was an extremely average quarterback. I don't believe he was ever truly exposed. We could expose him.

is is a factual discussion.

No team has beaten nine ranked opponents in a season, or 4 in the top five.

See you later.

Ciao.

Done. Goodbye.

The closest game 1995 Nebraska played was WSU, who they beat by 2 TDs IIRC. You barely beat Bama by a FG, and it took a timely interception by Reid to win that game.

Can't you read???

Nebraska played FOUR RANKED TEAMS that year, #7, #8, #10 and #2 UF in the championship game.

LSU will have beaten NINE RANKED TEAMS, including #2, #2, #3 and #4

THAT'S A HELLUVA BETTER THAN FOUR TEAMS. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT? OR DOES RUTS REALLY MEAN THE WORLD TO YOU??????

Oh, btw. 95 Nebraska or any other school, will have played this schedule Including the past 3 NC winners. There really is no way around this one.

Yeah.. they beat that #2 team by 38 points. They destroyed them. Totally. What Lsu is accomplishing so far, is very good. Doesn't make them the goat. Like I said, you either weren't born, or were still getting your diaper changed and never saw them play. Neb 95 > any team I've seen before or after to date.

Nice try.

But it's because LSU will beat 9 ranked teams and no other team has come close to doing that.

I don't think there's any team in history that has accomplished more.

Check the history books.

LSU would be in the conversation, but so would seven or eight other teams.

No, I remember the game.

Cashed a nice little ticket on it.

Weurfel getting pushed out of the back of the end zone. UF trying to arm tackle Frazier all the way down the field.

You're not hearing what I'm saying because so scared that this Alabama team will become a footnote LSU's greatest season ever that you don't want to admit it. I think Saban is scared of it too.

LSU will beat nine ranked teams, including 4 top 5 teams.

Nebraska 95 can't compete with that since their season is over.

Lsu as of tomorrow, will have beaten 3 ranked teams. Neb finished the season having beaten 4, the closest game being a 23 point blowout. We'll see at the end of the season, how many ranked teams Lsu actually beat.

Where are you getting 3 from?

Oregon
Arkansas
Alabama
UGA
Alabama (or whoever we end up playing)

It's not our fault that our conference knocks each other out of the rankings.

4 teams are ranked right now that yall beat. Au will drop out after today. That leaves 3 teams ranked that Lsu has beaten to this point. Nebraska's 4 that they beat, were those ranked at the end of the season, the same standard applies.

It's also foolish to count 5 loss teams as "ranked" teams beaten.

IF this team wins out, I think they deserve to AT LEAST be in the discussion of GOAT

auburn and state would be ranked if they didn't play the #1, #2, and #3 team. And I'm willing to bet that no other school in the country would have come away with 3 more losses after having to do so.

Again, we knock ourselves out of the competition. Point=moot I know what the stats may say, but to suggest that the level of competition was remotely similar is just trolling.

Like I said, they wouldn't be 5 loss team's if they played the 3 best team. Give them anyone else's schedule and they don't lose 5 games.
