LSU is literally the only football program that could hire Cignetti away from Indiana. Agreed.

he wasnt leaving Indiana. i dont think we wanted to wait that long to pursue the guy anyway. if we would have waited for him to finish his season then we would have had to be certain he was coming.
our roster would be shite right now if we would have waited for that guy to finish his season . he would have had to bring a bunch of guys from Indiana with him or we would have ended up hurting badly at key positions. qe wouldnt have landed our qb ,he made his decision before the natty I beleive

Yes. Yall just hired a coach who hasnt had even 10% of the success Cignetti has had and you are talking unimpressed about him. If you are underwhelmed by Cignetti then you must think Kiffin is a glorified middle school coach
