Yep. He was so big nobody was gonna tackle him short. He should have had 2 hands on the ball. Trying to stiff arm like he was a rb

that offense wasn't as good as you remember. it was great, sure, because Odell and Jarvis were phenomenal talents, Jeremy Hill was a great running back, and Zach mettenberger had a huge arm. but, that offense lacked rpos and hurry aspect. and I would take this offensive line any day over that one.

to the untrained eye, it's a similar situation. but to anyone who knows or played football would see the difference between the two

LSU fans, would you take Mett or Burrow to go with the good play calling you finally have this year?

Burrow 100%. He's much more mobile than Mett was and can extend plays with his legs if he has to. He's also a tough SOB

Burrow.

I love Mett but he didn’t have enough between the ears or the mean streak to put up the numbers that Burrow is putting up right now.

Didn't realize those games had anything to do with 2019.

True - Les has a better record against Alabama than Orgeron.

LSU had the QB, the receivers, much better RB and better OL in 12 and 13 to get the job done. Even had a very good defense in 12.

2012 Bama 21 LSU 17
2013 Bama 38 LSU 17

Don't give me that BS that LSU hasn't had the QB and the offense to beat Bama.

What will be the reason that LSU fans give after their lose tomorrow.

really? this is the angle youre playing?

all you have to do is look at the teams that have beat Bama in the past 8 years. none of them run an offense like LSU has recently, regardless of talent

this is a scheme thing, not a talent thing

Oh ok. Guess they can turn the plane around then.

Not saying LSU wins but this is the most prolific offense in LSU history.

Never at this level dumbass. Not even close. Burrow has 5 legit play-making targets he can sling to then he can take off running at anytime. Mett had two targets and could not run.Plus we had Les Miles. Sorry.
