True...but any help to put you ahead of your fellow SECW teams wasn't going to be refused.

frick no. I hate you frickers and that means I want to kick you into the dirt every year. We've played every year since the 70's and every year since the 50's except for a short break.

No.
Florida has surpassed Auburn as our biggest rival.

1) Florida
2) Auburn
3) A&M
4) Ole Miss

I’m hoping for Ole Miss to regain the #1 spot that they rightfully deserve.

But they have to turn that program around.

I'm actually excited for the au vs Florida game this year. Both should be strong programs this year. I actually have auburn as a dark horse because of the lines in the trenches but I'm bias of course. But as a non lsu/fl fan I'd actually be a little disappointed to see it go. I watch that game every year and there has been some awesome competitive games and those teams tend to throw it all out there every year in that game. It's almost guaranteed a good one

Whoa hold on man, I never recommended getting rid of the western and eastern divisions. I just want there to not be permanent cross divisional games. I know that angers UGA fans that love playing Auburn but it’s more fair to spread out the cross divisional games evenly. I’m gonna laugh if AU beats UGA and that loss keeps UGA out of Atlanta. I bet you will wish you played Ole Miss instead.

Then what do you propose?

Here are the must be played games:

Miss./MSU
MSU/Ala.
Ala./Aub.
Aub./UGA
UGA/UF
Ala./UT
UT/Vandy

I'm sure there's more.
But right there are 8 teams that have to play each year. Since you don't want to get rid of divisions nor keep perm c-d games, what is your solution?

frick no. I love the Florida game every year. I don’t have much respect for the University of Florida, but it’s typically a good game.

I propose keeping everything the way it is now except go to a nine game conference schedule and we do away with all permanent cross divisional games. Spread out all cross divisional games evenly.

The stuff about swapping AU for Missouri I really dgaf about all that. It’s just not fair for LSU and AU to have to play the two best Eastern Division teams permanently. It’s not fair to UGA either. Btw, I have Georgia beating either Bama, LSU, or Auburn in Atlanta for 2019. Y’all are finally due. I just feel it.

I agree.
The Florida game is a test.
They are usually the best team in the East.
LSU isn't afraid of competition unlike some schools.

Some SEC East schools LSU are not familiar with in football.
Never have been and never will.

Only played both Georgia and Tennessee 30 times.
Really no history there. No history with Missouri or S Carolina.
Only SEC E schools that I would be interested in are Florida and possibly Kentucky.

#1 - Getting rid of perm c-d games now eliminates DSOR & TSIO.

#2 - As to TSIO, "It’s just not fair for LSU and AU to have to play the two best Eastern Division teams permanently" Were you stating that when Tn. kept beating y'all?

#3 - 9 game schedule....tell me your plan for UGA/UF/USC/UK who have an ANNUAL in-state ACC rivalry game when they have 5A conf. games.

They have bitched for years about having to play UF. It come from fear. They want more rent-a-wins of sec East teams instead of play a Big 6 team.

Ok you want me to explain how us having a 9 conference game schedule works out with all the SEC teams that have to play an out of conference rival? Ok I can do it man But it’s going to take me a really long time to type all that. I will come back and post again my answer to your question so don’t go away just give me like about 20 minutes to type all that out.

Ok so I understand UF has FSU, UGA has Ga Tech, UK had Louisville, USCe has Clemson, I think that covers everybody right?
Ok my answer is every SEC team has to schedule a top out of conference game every season so the SEC teams that don’t have heated out of conference rivals can’t be sneaky and schedule 3 easy ooc games. Teams like Bama, LSU, Auburn, A&M, Arkansas, Ole Miss and State would have to play a legit Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, or PAC team. I see your point and I’ve got it covered man. Everyone will have to play a top notch OOC game.

ETA: you asked me if I said the same thing about “fairness” back when Tennessee was regularly beating Bama from 1995-2006.
My answer is no but the conference was much different back then we didn’t have the four team play offs and every game was not as important as it is now. Let’s say Bama gets beat in Tuscaloosa by LSU and that’s Bama’s only loss. Let’s say LSU loses to Florida and Auburn or A&M too. Bama goes to Atlanta because we had easier cross divisional conference games. Everything has with 14 members instead of 12 also. Ok I’ve answered all your questions I think.

That, per you, doesn't involve removing divisions nor swapping divisions.

&, as I pointed out, does NOT remove DSOR, TSIO, etc..
