The vast majority that generate conflicting posts suggesting they need to be on bi-polar meds are: at or under 30; likely never attended the school; and / or having never attended a game in Tiger Stadium.
They are not the majority who learned to love the Tigers sitting in the student section and appreciate the longstanding highs and lows so many of us endured multiple decades before Saban was lured away from Michigan State.
These are very good times to be a Tiger; it requires context to understand that.

They were overcommitting to stop the QB run and were doing so badly.
Turns out having a position coach take a leave of absence a week before camp starts is not ideal.

You're a Saints fan and you're asking why LSU fans do this to themselves? For the record, I am a Saints fan too, but you should have experience with going from lofty expectations to wanting the coach fired every other week.

It's really quite simple:
Win one game and "we're going to the 'ship"
Lose one game and "fire all the coaches and bench all the starters".
I'm not sure why it's that complicated to understand.
