Well, we actually do have evidence of Miss St offering money through the booster that came forward and admitting it.

Si yeah, it was shady.

Man Gus looked like a genius in that game. Didn’t know state was quite that bad though. I still believe we get Tjeir best and weather will be bad.

Half the LSU and Auburn team members WERE NOT YET BORN the last time Auburn won in Baton Rouge. C’mon man.

The real rivalries are showing their arse.

The Gump players have already admitted that LSU is their biggest rival and now their fans are finally starting to accept the truth.

Gump fans pay wayyy more attention to LSU recruiting than any other team, too.

You seem to know a lot about what Alabama fans are thinking. And doing.

Same shite.

Different year.

Used to be: But, but we have the best defense in the country!!

Now: But, but we have the best offense in the country!!

AU will beat them.

I don’t see a damn thing about LSU from any of the player quotes below. I do see “rivalry” and “tradition” spoken of here.

Those are TWO things you guys just don’t have and can’t comprehend. I can’t believe you are jealous of Tennessee.

Tua: “I never really grew up an Alabama fan or a Tennessee fan. But I do know how much it means to a lot of the fans, especially for the people who grew up understanding the Tennessee tradition and the rivalry, how that works. It’s a big deal. It’s almost like Auburn-Alabama. It’s a big deal for this fan base and this Alabama community.”

Saban: “Tennessee is always a game that’s a big rivalry game,” he said Monday. "It means a lot to a lot of people in Alabama. It certainly means a lot to us. It means a lot to me.

"There’s a lot of fans that have a lot of passion about their school, and when you play in rivalry games, I think, that passion actually heightens. I think you hope the passion certainly does that with the players who are participating, and hopefully it will be the case with our team and our players, realizing the significance of this game and how important it is to so many of us, internally and externally. And I think it creates a lot of interest. I know this has always been a big game for Alabama folks and certainly a big game for us.”

T. Lewis: “It’s definitely a big game. I mean, it’s still another game but we know the rivalry“

J. Waddle: “Definitely. It’s a tradition here. And they’re coming off a win against Mississippi State, so they’re going to be real confident. They’re a pretty good team."

L. Dickerson: "This rivalry’s been emphasized since the start of the week, and I’m really excited to kind of embrace it and see what it’s like.“

R. Davis: “Coach, he explained to us yesterday that this game right here means a lot to everybody because they’ve been around for a long time and we’ve been playing them for a long time,"

At the 2018 SEC Media Days, Damien Harris was asked who Alabama's players consider their top rival in the SEC. Harris said LSU and then Tennessee.

Harris then went on to say:

"LSU is always the most physical team we play. Every year."

"LSU game hasn't lost any luster. Hardest hitting game of the year, great defenses."

Which games Alabama players get most fired up to play? "LSU and Auburn"

"LSU is always the most physical team every year. You always wake up that Sunday morning and you are like "Man!!" You know you were in a dogfight."

"Tiger Stadium is the craziest experience as a college football player, I don't have a word to describe it, except loud."

Denial, it's not just a river in Egypt.

Jealous of Tennessee.

Pitiful. Sad really.

You have zero clue to what tradition or rivalry is.

Common opponent?

Oklahoma/Texas- 34 pts
LSU/Texas- 45 pts

I don't think you have a leg to stand on.

LSU's offense is better than Oklahoma's.

Now do the defensive statistics...

An aggie fan talking about how well they live and how successful they are, on a sports message board, with the intellect to say "biggest irony" is probably the most ironic*
