Was the targeting call legitimate and warrant an ejection of one of the best defenders in college football for the biggest game of the year? .....frick no it wasn’t.....any fan on here that wouldn’t be pissed if it was on their team is full of shite, downvote me or whatever the frick you want to do, but you waste time in your life posting on here because your a fan of your team and no way anyone wouldn’t be flipping out over that call.

But we need to chill with the conspiracies that the gumps did this...ref made a BS call, it is what it is. Personally, I don’t think the gumps have the mental capacity to do this anyways. So let’s not give them credit for something that requires them to actually use their brain.

Also wouldn't hurt to stop seeing injury wishes on your opposing teams. It really brings out the nastier parts of an awesome game we all love to watch.

Posting this here is pointless. The rant is where the crazies are this morning but you’ll get killed if you mention anything to the contrary. I guess all the grownups are sleeping in late.

I haven't taken a stand on this issue. I can't decide which stance to take that would help the melt. I mean if I say it was the right call, I will get flamed by over emotional LSU fan wanting to argue. If I take the "it was bad call" approach, the over reacting fans will feel more justified and vindicated, and it might create more melts. Seems to me either stance we take, the melt will just keep coming. So I think when it comes to this, I will just

Yeah, I am no expert on the rule, but it seems to me like it was a bad call and should have been overturned is my honest opinion of it, but I do not think there is a conspiracy, just human error. And it is frustrating when we have replay and they still make the wrong call.

It wasn’t a conspiracy.

It was a knee-jerk call by a ref and a review official not wanting to undermine his guys call.

They made a bonehead call at a bad time to the wrong player.

But, again, this wasn’t a Bama fix.

It’s also frustrating how little time was spent reviewing a huge call. I haven’t put the stopwatch to it, but it felt like about sixty seconds of review. You couldn’t even see all the angles in that time.

Like any conspiracy theory, if you look hard enough you will find evidence... but it's always just BS

I didn't know that. That is a head scratcher. I was switching from UK and Vandy and tOSU(for obvious reasons) because it was clear LSU was going to win by that point. I didn't even see it live.
