I do wish we could keep both games. When I was at LSU, those two games determined whether or not we went to Atlanta, and they were always great games. They always meant something for division and conference standings.
But that's nostalgia talking. The schedule, the way it is set up now, is terrible, and it will only get worse with two more teams.
There's really nothing exciting about being in a pod with the Mississippi schools and aggy, but at least we'll play every other team in a 4 year cycle.

I will miss the yearly Florida game. Always a fun watch except when Spurrier was there, but there was that one year.

I honestly didn't know that LSU and FL were rivals until i started reading here. Guess it's a regional thing? But florida isnt near Louisiana?
