why haven't we heard even the slightest peep about OBJ making the super bowl?

Because maybe your aren't looking in the right spot.

LBJ consoling Debo yesterday after the game went coast to coast. Great job by OBJ and more exposure for LSU.

I believe there will be six former Tigers playing in the SB. Pretty special.

Honest question

How could it hurt? Click, click, click. Keep it on the front page. You may not have a healthy appreciation of just how many folks check out TD on a regular basis.

Do you have any proof that it doesn't help in some way?

The things those recruits would read here, in amalgamation, would probably actually hurt LSU. But this is just my opinion.

UGA fans have the other starting super bowl QB but you barely see us mentioning it.
I must have missed the part where Stafford led UGA to the greatest CFB season of all time.

If you think a recruit reading Tigerdroppings would help, you are delusional. And God forbid they click on the politics section.

You're on a LSU website, dumbass. I honestly think people on this board forget that. Feel free to go to a reddit sports board if you don't want to see praise for former LSU players. LSU fans outnumber all of you, genius.

Have you been to Baton Rouge? Joey Burreaux winning somehow makes them "winners" because their every day life sucks that bad.

I thought the Camthers were bad. I think these people would cheer for the Bengals over the Saints in the Super Bowl.

because you puss cakes are all fake fans, clearly. you get what you "need" out of them, and then never care for that player again. I find that more pathetic than "dick riding" our players who we actually care about and want to see succeed. What a dumb thread

The dude was a generational QB and were not supposed to be happy for him ? Not follow him and his generational WR as they play side by side on the next level?

Maybe we just take more pride in our own.. and it seems like Joe takes pride in LSU just as much as well as his parents.
