LSU had perfect game plan. Take away the pass rush and the defense isn't all that amazing. SC's linebackers are pretty average (SLOWWWWW) and were exposed all night in the run game. And the interior line wasn't incredible either.
Max protect with 3-step drop after 3-step drop throws worked well and didn't allow SC's pass rush to have any chance of getting there. Mett wasn't all that good but at least he knew how to get rid of the ball when he finished his drop. Hopefully the D can make some adjustments. I'm worried that Florida will just follow this game plan and do exactly what LSU did last night.

LSU fans putting to much stock in a win over USC. It is the second half of the season...and we know USC is a first half of the season team.

If we can tighten up our QB play we will be tough to beat.
FIFY. Zach Mettenberger will have to play much better if LSU wants to beat Bama in November.

Maybe. LSU has done a good job at getting yards outside the hashes. Not turning the ball over is the most important thing.

I guess if you had room for analytical thought you would realize that the score isn't always indicative of how the game is played. We failed miserably in the redzone and that allowed South Carolina to stay in the game. But it was largely one-sided in favor of LSU. I'm sorry this bothers you so much. It's okay, we'll get to play you and we won't have to worry about comparing the two teams based on our play against other teams.

You LSU fans are still so butthurt from the 21-0 beat down it's really getting pathetic. Your team sucks this year which most of you LSU fans have been saying and LSU wins one game against a team "that LSU was favored to win" and now LSU's gonna win a BCSNC and Les Miles is the greatest coach of all time.
