They have convinced themselves simply changing coaches instantly will produce the same results. While O and Les had different approaches they took over more complete rosters and only needed to add pieces.
Currently LSU program has no identity but is still a Top 5 job for now with a good AD. It takes years to rebuild I'm not talking skill positions but along the line of scrimmage.
Talent is talent but do those players fit into the new coaches system from a technique standpoint? They screw this hire up and LSU looking at the dark ages....
