You all obviously are too used to getting ripped off on Bourbon Street.

I have no problem paying $8 for a 20oz beer that isn’t located in my home

But I’m also not cheap and $16 or $24 or $32 or $40 won’t break me so idc

I just bought a 4 pack of 12oz bottled beers for $24 straight from the producer, then came home and drank 25oz of wine that I paid $30 for.

I don't think we're on the same page when it comes to alcohol purchases.

End of 3rd quarter was the cut off. Which considering the lone lines was more like mid way through the 3rd

Seems low. Basically amounts to every other person in the stadium buying a beer or glass of wine.

so booze outsold water and soda?

54794 > 52840, so yes in total items sold.

But, at $8-9 dollars a beer and $6-4.50 per soda and water, I'd bet profit margin was close or in favor of soda/water, as the soda/syrup for fountain drinks has to be 4x that of the beer, easily.

Has LSU not gone to the bottomless soda at games? Charge $8+ for a souvenir cup and put in multiple self serve refill stations. Encourages more sales and speeds up service, and you have to figure most aren't getting up more than twice during the game.

For a crowd of 90k, assuming most beer drinkers and some of the soda/water drinkers purchased more than 1 drink, it seems like they undersold quite a bit.

They could have sold twice that if Aramark wasn't running the concessions. The lines and incompetent staff were terrible. I only bought one beer, would have went back several times if I wasn't worried about missing most of the game.

With those numbers, they can probably add some more options to the beer menu.

They have, for soda, beer, and wine. There are self serve concessions points as well.

I fried 3 dozen corn dogs at the tailgate last week. They were gone within an hour.

Worst case of good ole boy system in Baton Rouge. They own TS and most of the public school system. They do a shitty job at just about everything.

Refillable cups, yes. Can only refill or buy two alcoholic beverages at a time per person.
