Last time I wore my Crowbar shirt here in Wisconsin people someone asked me where the Crow Bar was.
:lol::lol::lol:
Similar thing for me Wednesday night. As I was waiting for my Uber after the show some dude walking by stopped and was talking to me about some bar called the Crow bar.

You should come here for Milwaukee Metal Fest in June.
Maaaan I have admired those lineups from afar for many years. This year’s is no different either. What an amazing bill. Problem for me is I’m only here for work. It would be possible I suppose that I’ll be back at some point in June, but I’m walking my daughter down the aisle in Jacksonville on May 30th so I won’t be back up this way by then.
I would love to be working somewhere near Milwaukee at this time of year in the near future so I can make that festival.
Man that show was something else! Ho. Lee. shite!! My faith in concert crowds here in the States is restored. It had waned considerably with every show I went to and every video I saw of lame fans barely moving. Not last night. That was the rowdiest crowd I’ve been in since their show at the Tabernacle ten years ago. Was a glorious thing to experience.

Decent support acts too- Kublai Khan, Fit for an Autopsy and Sanguisugabogg. If i wasn't working today I'd make the drive.
Yeah, work was an issue for me as well. Typically work until 7:00 but knocked off a little bit early. In my Uber on the way. I’ll miss at least the first two bands.
If anything changed and you happen to be there, I’m wearing my purple LSU hat and a Crowbar shirt.

I’m thinking about trying to catch them somewhere in Texas when they run through there.
Hope you do. We both know it’ll be fantastic.

Now take off your purple and gold shaded glasses for a moment. What if you got fired from a job for something you did that other coaches did as well but did not lose their job. Would you go back to the employer that fired you on a knee-jerk reaction instead of waiting it out like other programs did? Love to have Wade back, but LSU is no better program than NC State. Quality of life however is night and day. The Raleigh area is a perfect place to raise a family. Can’t say the same for Baton Rouge. Why would he leave NC State to go back to LSU who fired him? Time will tell
Nice surface level analysis. Already been stated on here by many that Woodward is gone and Wade is well acquainted with the people now in charge.
I would add that he could also even consider it a great big “FU” to Woodward.

Saw them a few years ago. They were friggin awesome. Just killed it.
Yo brother!
Yeah I saw them in Atlanta in ‘16 and they were exactly as you say. Tabernacle. Perfect venue for them. Anthrax opened. Amazing show.
Two years ago as well in Grand Rapids opening for Pantera. Excellent in a supporting role that night.

Ticket in hand. Ready to see a serious metal show in the windy city. Plus, Lamb of God never disappoints.

re: New Lamb of God album is legit

Looking like just three tracks from the album in their setlists for this tour so far… Into Oblivion, Parasocial Christ and Sepsis.
The real surprise is that for the first time in years, Now You’ve Got Something To Die For is not on the setlist. THAT’s a disappointment.

re: What was the most memorable concert you’ve ever been to?
Posted by LSU Jax on 3/19/26 at 12:49 am to TheGhostOfBigLee
Many memorable shows, but I’ll have to go with the Metallica Damaged Justice show in Biloxi in August of ‘89, which I’ve already posted about here many times. Same tour that was memorialized just nine days later in Seattle for the Binge & Purge video. We had that same show and very similar crowd energy. It tops my list of all-time favorite concerts.
Apologies, but I have to give an honorable mention...
Soundgarden on the Badmotorfinger tour in a small, dark basement club in Jacksonville before they blew up. It was only six months later though that they were on the Lollapalooza tour and took off like a rocket from there.

I didn’t change it until after the first pitch. But before the first pitch, the batter and the catcher were dancing at home plate. What an abomination.
Dude could be watching the WBC, USA vs. Dominican, but he’s choosing to watch banana ball.
OP you should’ve stayed in the closet.
ETA: Skenes on the mound no less.
