and Bama is ahead of Oregon right now,, with a date with same team the beat Oregon.

Ohio State State was ahead of LSU won their game 74-14 or something like that and got passed. Why? LSU added a win better than any they have. Oregon beating an 11-1 Utah would easily trump anything on Bama’s resume. They would jump Bama.

As far as the loss unless it’s by a lot committee doesn’t punish you much and values good wins over good losses. Just see UGA with a much worse loss but also better wins ahead of Bama, ironically same scenario Bama beats South Carolina, Carolina beat UGA, yet UGA is ahead.

See, the problem you are facing is it's going to be hard to use this as a favorable comparison to LSU when you just lost to....LSU.

Bama doesn’t control its destiny. It could be argued Bama needs all of those 1 loss teams to drop another game. The committee ain’t leaving out a Power 5 conference champ with 1 loss.

Don't be so sure Nick "the Mulligan King" will lobby hard and CBS, ESPN, etc. have a lot invested in the Bama hype machine

Pretty sure OSU had 2 losses in 2017 baw. You assuming y’all lose to Auburn and still get in?

ETA just googled, OSU had 2 losses for a combined 46 points

Terrible comparison

Alabama would not get in over an undefeated big 12 team. Sorry son , it’s most likely over.

Quality wins mean more to the committee than quality losses. Georgia being ranked ahead of you is the best example I can show you. If you still do not understand then you never will.

There's no reason to believe that Auburn won't beat Bama in Jordan Hare

Top 10 wins:
Auburn: 1
Alabama: 0

Auburn is the better team and it’s not even close.

Different team when TUA is 100% healthy. Heck a 65% Tua put up 400yds on your defense..100% Tua gets 600 easily. Plus, many more conversion keeping the ball longer, resting the defense...

I know you're scared shitless of a rematch with a healthy 100% Tua lead Bama team.

We'll put an * besides this years reg season game after Bama wins the rematch it will be L1*s9u

Y'all are fricked with Bama at 4. Better hope they rank you 2 and you play Clemson (who will beat you as well). That way at least you can say y'all beat the eventual champs and not take a loss from them..

They have to pray for chaos

Because if Baylor beats #12 OU, and wins out including conference, it’s over

Utah or Oregon win out, it’s over (they’d play each other) it’s over. Particularly since this would be a title game

Then there’s the argument for Penn st and OU winning out, each with 1 loss, each would have a better resume

The odds are undoubtedly against Bama. The committee is known to use the eye test, but there is a real chance we have at minimum two 1 loss conference champs from pac 12 and big 12. The committee ain’t leaving out both

Bama is in the SEC, even better they are in the SEC West. There's no such thing as playing a pussy schedule when you are in the SEC is there?

If LSU wins out and Alabama wins out. It is a Rematch! Brad Edwards (ESPN) just stated the case on a Birmingham radio station. Said Bama is just better than Oregon, Utah, Oklahoma.

He even stated if Baylor was undefeated at season end,, bama would still be a 14 point favorite over baylor in Vegas.. He said that it is the committee's job to get the 4 best teams in the playoff.

Y'all one uped in Ttown,, but it ain't over yet...

Roll Tide..

Come on, Brad Edwards is an alum of what University and on a radio show in what state?
