He’s gone to the place all QBs go to die.

What a retarded question, the reason the Shough pick is good is because [/b]it’s only a 2nd rd pick…[/b]

You do realize the objective with draft picks in rounds 1-3 is to find starters & immediate impact players. So if Shough doesn't pan out the selection would be a waste when it could have been used to draft a player at another position who could have been a starter or impact guy.

That’s a lot of greater thans for these numbers

Rattler vs Shough College

399 vs 389 attempts
68.9 vs 62.7comp%
19 vs 23 TDs
8 vs 6 INT
8 vs 8.2 Y/A
147.7 vs 148.1 QB rating

Rattler 23 y/o in SEC
Shough 25 y/o in the ACC

Is Shough really the RAS pick everyone said Loomis & Ireland avoided this year?

KELLEN MOORE DRAFTED HIS GUY THOUGH SO THAT MAKES YOUR POST IRRELEVANT!!!

CKM this year and make a run at the playoffs.

The current roster especially defensively & at the offensive skill positions is still lacking. This team will finish in the cellar of the NFC South. Look around with what others in the division have added to their rosters. This is a top 5 draft selection in 2026 roster still.

We’re going to need a replacement for Taysom Hill and he would fit that role perfectly.

This was never going to happen.

quote:

During a Super Bowl week interview with PFT Live, Jalen Milroe made it clear that he has no desire to play anything but quarterback. As he said, “You never ask a zebra to be a dog.”

quote:

After Milroe joined the Seahawks via round three, coach Mike McDonald made it clear that Milroe is a quarterback first and a quarterback only.

The question arose from the fact that new offensive coordinator Klink Kubiak comes from a year in New Orleans, where Taysom Hill has contributed in various capacities in recent years.

“The way they used him was more in a tight end-fullback hybrid role, sometimes taking snaps,” Macdonald told reporters. “Jalen is a quarterback through and through. He’s going to be trained to play quarterback for us. When he’s in there, he’s going to be playing quarterback.

one thing that has popped up constantly were teams concerns over his ability to run an NFL offense because what he was running at Colorado was so simple.

The other things sound believable but this simply isn't true. The Colorado offensive coordinator for last season was former NFL HC & OC Pat Shurmur. It wasn't like Shedeur was playing in a Gus Malzahn, Lincoln Riley or any such air raid offensive system. Jaxson Dart went much higher & Kiffin's offense only required Dart to make half field reads.

This is exactly what you do boss. You present all these radical opinions as fact.

I'm one of the few who use links to back up my points. You never do so.

The draft is my favorite thing about the NFL, I consume draft content year round.

You think you are the only one who does this? Secondly, most of takes are wrong on these subjects & have been for years. Sounds like you don't consume enough draft information or maybe you should just give it up.

You are doing what every other loser LSU fan does on this board and basing your entire position on this topic on the outside chance that the Saints draft Nussmeier.

Only a loser would bring up Nuss in a thread where up until then, his name wasn't even mentioned. Cade Klubnik, Eli Holstein, Drew Allar, Carson Beck, Nico Iamaleava, LaNorris Sellers, John Mateer, Nuss & possibly Arch Manning. You went full retard instantly about Nuss without even realizing just how deep next year's class will be.

You're wrong, as usual.

You have years of being wrong especially when it comes to this draft stuff. Show me where this 2025 draft was ever considered a QB heavy class.

Go hangout with ipodking in the worst posters club.

All you ever do is talk. You provide no substance or links to back anything you ever say. You can take your shite opinion where you are wrong & shove them up your arse. Do some research on your own & stop grasping at straws.

Sanders doesn't have the strongest of arms but he has more than enough to get the job done. You can see it on the deep outs. But that's ok because he makes up for it on those throws by throwing with timing & anticipation.

rocket launcher to the moon maybe.

No, those are simply how Milroe throws check downs, out routes or slants.

I just think we’re entering a much more innovative era in the nfl and TD and Bill O’Brien are dinosaurs in it.

Yet that isn't the case with Tommy Rees or Kalen DeBoer. I respect you as a poster. You are one of the sharpest on this board. Milroe simply has too many red flags for a QB. The inaccuracies, poor decision making & bad play in big games should get anyone's attention but the latest news about Alabama offensive skill players wanting to transfer out had Milroe returned should scare off everyone. Even his teammates at Bama knew this dude was arse as a passer.

Would be the same as pulling the trigger.

With Sanders you have an accurate QB who has legit measureables just as comparable to Ward in a league that was comparable.

Ward is more mobile & has a stronger arm but I agree with everything else you said.

I tend to disagree though especially in a guy that young.

He simply processes everything too slowly. He can also be fooled easily scheme wise. Reading analysis like that from scouts about QBs takes me back to an interview Trent Dilfer gave & explained why he never excelled in the NFL. He said mentally he could learn the concepts inside & out. He knew all his reads, checks & line calls. He mastered it all in the film room. He could go out on the practice field during practice & execute it all perfectly yet when it was game time, he simply failed to do what he learned & practiced.

He had those at Bama yet still struggled.
