Hugo, that video is classic. One of my favorite SNL skits of all time.

I could watch that one and the Chippendales (Chris Farley and Patrick Swayze) over and over.

So you're only counting the games that have been played since you were born?

And if you go back even further you will see Bama has a substantial lead in the win department. Recently, it has been back and forth.

Right now the only team that can give Alabama a challenge is LSU. The fans may dismiss rivalry talk but I guarantee you Saban and his players are looking forward to Nov 3 over any game on their schedule, as is LSUs players and coaching staff. As long as these two teams stay at the top, their matchups will eventually turn into a rivalry regardless of what either fan base thinks or wants.

I am looking forward to Nov 3, don't get me wrong I like to see the blow outs, but it is hard to watch the 2nd half of a Bama game this season so far. Kind of like watching a NFL preseason game with the starters standing on the sidelines

But, what about every other leap year while a democrat is in the White House and both teams have QBs that love their mamas?

Interesting (and arbitrary) start date.

Let me see if I can find a better (more flattering to Alabama) timeframe.

Ah, here we go.

LSU and Bama is a good series. It's not a rivalry.

since 2000, the series is LSU 9 WINS, and Bama 4 Wins. LSU victories in 2000,01,03,04,05,06,07,10,11 .....................Bama Victories in, 02,08,09,12

If I'm calculating this data correctly, I believe we can deduce that there was a random period in time when the LSU football program was superior to the Alabama football program.

Now let's see if we can find a random period where Alabama was superior to LSU.........

You sound like an Arkansas fan... "3 out of 5!!!"

ETA: except 9 out of 13 is a little more to brag about
