Well I think the SEC Bylaws allows it if 2/3 of the members vote to Kick a team out. I think LSU would get to vote on its own fate, so to get 2/3 of the vote out of 14 teams is 9.3 so I think it would take 10 teams to vote LSU out, as I assume LSU would likely vote to stay in.
So here is what I suggest you do, write a Letter to the MSU President and request he make a motion to kick LSU Out the SEC at the upcoming Spring SEC meetings. I am actually curious how the vote would turn out, if the motion would be brought to the floor for a vote.
