They are tied for producing the biggest bust in NFL history.

1A) Jamarcus Russell- Taken number 1 overall by the Raiders, he signed a huge contract and proceeded to spend it all on McDonald's and codeine. The Raiders have never recovered.

1B) Trent Tichardson- A top 5 pick for the Browns, he is vaulted into a tie with Russell because the Colts also wasted a first round pick to trade for him.

Somewhat cosmically, Richardson is still avoiding open holes in Oakland and has a career avg of 3.3 yards per carry

Nope.

Purple drank is the biggest bust by a mile.

And rent-a-Trent is really terrible but he is not in the race for biggest bust of all time.

You have to produce great players in college first for them to be considered a bust in the NFL, something you guys wouldn't know anything about.

Pathetic attempt at getting attention. It must kill you that South Carolina will be Clemson's little brother.

Is Ryan Leaf no longer part of this conversation?

Eta: When you put as many players in the NFL as NFLSU and Bama (the top two NFL talent producing schools as of last season and will be right up there again this season*), the odds of having the biggest bust are higher than at any other school.

* Based on former Tigers and Tiders on NFL regular season rosters last year.

Not between LSU and Bama. Both Tennessee and Florida have more drafted players than LSU.

Yea he obviously has huge problems with LSU. 0 wins and 4 losses is really hitting him hard. Butthurt is a bad habit to get into.

I don't understand why people care so much about their school's alumni going to the NFL? It's not like you win anything. Not like you're getting a care package in the mail from any of them. I honestly couldn't care less what they do once they leave as long as they do well in college.

Dickwads from loser land continue to try and elevate in the weak effort of trying to put others down.

Hate to say it, cause he's a boy from Alabama, but 1A) Jamarcus Russell is still the biggest bust right now.

Has more to do with the Oakland organization than anything else.

Has Clowney made a decision to play football any more, or is he just happy to pocket that signing bonus and go home to fish?
