Joe Burrow has gotten better.

What was last years score?

Expect even more.

Our defense, though it has made strides the last few weeks, is not the same as last year. And Georgia was running on us very well early. Not sure if we changed it up to stuff it or they stupidly abandoned it. Either way, my biggest fear in this game is them keeping Joes possessions down.

Georgia is going into the game with everyone writing them off against the #2 team. Kinda similar to LSU last year.

Georgia is much better defensively and hopefully Fromm doesn’t play as poorly. That part is obviously tbd.

Only burrow ain't gonna let LSU eat the cheese.

Dont think you all understand how much these players look up to him. They are gonna do anything for him. That's why this is so special. It really doesnt matter what georgia does

Ah, the old “this team is just the most special” rationale. That never backfired and definitely doesn’t apply to any other teams.

I don't recall your fans being very optimistic about it after the Florida loss.

yeah because Fromm was rewriting the record books last year lol

hey look UGA is talented and they have a shot to win this game if they play much better on one side of the ball

UGA D is more than capable of keeping them in this game especially in a not really neutral environment like ATL

dont get all upset because you arent being respected when Fromm has played like he has the last 4 weeks

If LSU wins Saturday it’s because they’re the better all around football team, not because of some undying love and brotherhood bullshite surrounding Burrow. That’s romanticized crap fed to fans, us included during 2017. Truth is every team that makes it this far into the year has a strong sense of brotherhood and desire to do well for one another. It’s just a part of fighting to make it this far; not something unique to LSU

This. Sports aren’t romantic. They end in heartbreak far more often than not.

I agree. The good thing for LSU is that LSU is the better team. Georgia is a bad no call away from losing to A&M, the next week LSU beats them 50-7. Georgia lost to Will Muschamp. Also passed for 33 yards against Kentucky. Burrow>>>>> Fromm

I guess UGA will show up and play even if it’s a forgone conclusion that LSU has already been crowned by LSU fans.

I'm just saying that roles are a little reversed now.

Burrow was a wildly pedestrian QB for a lot of 2018 as was the LSU offense. Fromm was one of the most efficient passers in the country and Georgia's offense was incredibly balanced.

Now, it's a complete flip. Burrow is the best player on the most dangerous offense in CFB. Fromm has been wildly inconsistent and the Georgia offense has no rhythm.

The OP asked what changed and that's pretty much my answer. I'm grasping at straws here, man.

Y'll changed up your DLine schemes and took away the running lanes.
