My top 3:

1. 2007 Tiger Stadium LSU-UF, when USC losing was announced (you had to be there)
2. 2008 Tiger Stadium LSU-Bama, when the FG was blocked at end of regulation
3. 2007 Bryant Denny Bama-LSU, when Arenas returned the punt

LSU Auburn pal (86-87ish). It registered on the campus seismograph.

There are prolly 50 moments in TS louder than any in BDS.

Fred Weary intercepting Peyton Manning in '97 and taking it to the house in Gainsville. I couldn't hear myself think...

I can think of a few LSU games louder than that.

Razorback stadium- Clint Stoerner's TD pass vs. Tennessee(1999)

War Memorial Stadium- McFadden's 80 yard TD run vs LSU in 2006 (loudest moment I have ever experienced)

I was there. I thought the 4th down incompletion from T-Martin to Eric Parker at the end of the game was louder than that moment. But, to each his own...they both sucked either way,

Uh, no. I was at the Bama-LSU game last year. When LSU blocked the Alabama punt it was loud, but not even close to how loud it was when we blocked UT's punt this past weekend.

Sometimes it's just better to remind yourself this is an LSU board. I have a hard time doing it myself sometimes.

When LSU blocked Bama's punt you couldn't hear a jet flying overhead..UF-LSU might have been a bit louder though

06' in Neyland for the FL game. Game winning FG by Wilhoit. My row, the row in fron and row behind somehow turned into a dog pile in the middle of the student section

In '91 when Kathy Ireland kicked that field goal for the Texas State Armadillos to tie Kansas 3-3 in the pouring rain...Man, that place was insane!

Im sure if all of TS had artificial noisemakers we'd all be deaf after the game, no matter our age

dude it's not exactly disputed around the country that TS is one of the 2 or 3 loudest venues in college football.

these posts and threads, really are pretty random and trivial.

You get even 30,000 togethor for the same team and if they all suddenly explode at the same time ,its loud. 90,000+ is off the charts.
