You might be right about SI. I can't disagree with what you said about the fact checkers.
If this stuff isn't true , someone should step up and sue them. Bear Bryant stuck it to the Saturday Evening Post years ago went to court and won.
Why didn't Johnny Manziel haul some asses into court if he didn't sign for pay for example?

He is at WVU now and is denying everything of course.

Sue them for what? Libel? Do you have any clue how hard that is to win, no matter what the circumstances are?
It would be a waste of time, money, and other resources to pursue a lawsuit.
