Our 2nd longest SEC series behind Georgia and in 3 years will become our 2nd longest series against all opponents.

Games against UGA: A bunch (100+)
Georgia Tech: 92
Mississippi State: 90

Not a super competitive series with State overall but lots of history. Based only on length of series State should be our permanent Western opponent if we move East.

Agree completely. We want to keep TSIO. We'll see you Atlanta.

I agree!...in fact, I won't be surprised when y'all petition the conference to be able to play them 8 to 10 times a year (with a Jacksonville st or 2 thrown in)!

Would rather lsu if bama elected to keep tenn. May have played a bunch, but that game does nothing for me.

Move Bama to the east and make Auburn Bama's permanent opponent. UT-Bama is also preserved.

Lost in the talk is that we are just recently seeing Auburn making noise about moving to the east. Notice that you didn't see this in the beginning of the split or when the east was the dominant division in the conference. Funny that all of a sudden Auburn wants to move.

Not a bit of this post is true. We'd love to keep bama as the permanent. If bama chose to keep tenn instead, that would be unfortunate but we'd get tenn and florida back which is the main goal.
