So can the Hogs. LSU just looks like the much better team than Bama. Bama's lost too much, coaches and players. LSU looks much stronger. The anticipation is killing me.

I won't knock you guys.

If you get good QB play and your OC puts Fournette in a scheme he can run wild... well I think you compete for the West. Which means you compete for the CFP. Which means you compete for a National Championship.

Is the OP a cut and paste post from the past?

Not as funny as the Bama fan that threw the brick inside Saban's house. LSU just looks better than Bama this year on both sides of the ball, and the game's being played inside Tiger Stadium. This sh#t is killing me, all of the anticipation.

Honestly, what did you see from your offense last year that gives you hope for this year? I mean, sure, you beat the Mississippi States and the Auburns of the world, but when you played real teams, you got shut down and shut down hard. What has changed to make you think that exact same scenario won't happen again?

Brandon Harris has improved.

This Alabama defense has a chance to be even better than last year. More speed than ever, an experienced secondary which was a question mark last year.

Solid linebackers that can really run. Tough up front. This could end up being the best pass rushing team in the country. Not to mention being tough against the run as always. They could use a little more depth up front but NO ONE was as deep as the Alabama DLine last season and several of them are back.

VERY good receivers on offense. Solid and deep OLine. We will be fine at RB and there are a number of QB candidates , we always find a decent one at worst.

You might win, but I wouldn't bet on it. This team could end up as good or better than the last one. Just as good or better on D and more versatile on O.

That's called an inside job...

They aren't too nuts about partying in New Orleans with them, either. Amirite?

LSU can have a magical season this year. But only if they have the fans that stay in through thick and thin.

I actually agree.
