I’m sorry, I can’t find that quote. Maybe you watched a wrong video?

If you can read a coach's heart you can probably read Deboer's bra size.
Stop being a lil' bitch

I first realized he was great when he continued to remind the press that he only called one bad play vs California and his players just didn't execute. That means only one thing, he's dam near perfect, and losing games becomes almost impossible to fathom down on the Plains We learned this week that Freeze still believes that Harsin is still responsible for the last year and a half of turnovers and losses to substandard teams at home. At least he has motives and thank goodness it's nothing he and his coaches need to change about themselves.

At least we didn't have to play you 10 times.

Stats are only good if you’re looking at the right stats ….. the two you need to focus on is (turnovers dead last ) and record 2-3 ….. should of could of would of this is football!

Malik Willis and Bo Nix have both been starting NFL quarterbacks this season. Both signed and played for Auburn before transferring.
Auburn has had plenty of talent at QB. But neither Gus nor Harsin nor Freeze can develop a quarterback.

Willis has never been the "starting" QB.

He started for the Packers in week 2 and week 3. He has started half of the Packer’s games this season at this point. He is 2-0 this season as the starter while Love is 0-2 as the starter. Willis’ quarterback rating is 122.7 while Love’s is 83 this season. His stats are very respectable. If Love keeps losing Willis will likely find himself getting another start or six.

He would not be a good fit at Auburn though since he only has 3 career interceptions and zero turnovers this year.
You would cut off your left leg and trade it in exchange for a NFL backup caliber quarterback. Even though Freeze would still screw it up.
What is going to really drive you crazy is when Payton Thorne signs as a free agent and spends a few years bouncing around the NFL as a backup quarterback.
You do realize there is a reason no top QB transfers or recruits will sign with Auburn right?

Auburn already has 16 Passing TDs in 5 games this year, but in 13 games last year Auburn only had 18 passing TDs total.
11 of those came in two games against AAMU and New Mexico.
That leaves 5 in three games against teams with a pulse on defense, to go along with 9 interceptions for the season (all in those three games). You aren't really making a convincing argument with this.

Take out the stats against Alabama A&M and re-run the numbers
Take out the stats from that against New Mexico and re-run the numbers again
Auburn scoring offense: 33.4 PPG
Auburn scoring offense vs P4 schools only: 16.3 ppg (in 3 games)
Auburn scoring defense: 18.8 ppg
Auburn scoring defense vs P4: 24.0 ppg
The TRUE answer

Points win football games, not total yards or any of that other stuff. Too bad AU sucks at scoring more points than the other team. But hey, enjoy 4-8 or 5-7 with some great stats

Did we not play cupcakes last year? You act like the juxtaposition doesnt make sense but it in fact does.
If Freeze started Thorne in the Arkansas game, Auburn would have won, and the stats would be poured on our heads. But you give me Hank Brown fans kept a bitchin.

I heard Klatt talking about the Auburn game yesterday
He said with 10 minutes to go Auburn was up 21-10 and just received a punt on their own 45 and then ran a 25 yard play for a first down. Up 11 with 10 to play 1st down on OUs 30 and you lost! And to a team who at the time had 200 yards of offense.
Stats cast said they had a 98% chance of winning. Unreal

Nah. We stumbled against NM State last year so its all gravy when we pass the ball well until we prove the Cals and Alabama A&M are no match for us.
NMSU was a solid mid-major that won 10 games last year
New Mexico this year is 1-3 against FBS teams this year with 3 blowout losses and a 10 point win over a winless FBS team.
