If your school was guaranteed to win 1 national title but ONLY 1 national title in the next 20 years would you take that deal today? His “no” list was:

Alabama
Ohio St
Clemson
Georgia
LSU
Oklahoma
Kinda weird list to include two teams with a combined 0 national titles in the last 20 years.

I just realized Nebraska and Mississippi State were on the same tier yet Ole Miss is ahead of us? Mississippi State hasn’t missed a bowl game in over a decade

As a fan, for sure. But, I think if you asking the admin or coaching staff at OU/UGA they’d say they think they’re built up to the point where they expect more than that over the next two decades.

Look at where Some former powers are on that graphic. Past doesn’t always predict the future.

Your are freaking out about a list put out by an Oklahoma fan, I guess they need Boise State in the same tier as them since BSUs biggest wins were against OU.

Maybe stop be AUbsessed with Auburn and worry about your school being in the same tier as Georgia Southern and San Diego State

I am just connecting the dots. I can see Gus making it to the college playoff when it go from 4 to 12. That is huge advantage for Gus and UCF. Maybe the new HC can do what Petersen did way back and be ranked in the top 15 and get in the playoff. Odds are that Auburn make the playoff is not as good as UCF with Gus. I am not sure about BSU. I am not saying they are deserving but if the those two teams ended up tanked in the top 20 might have a shot. I really do not like this 12 spot for the playoff due to there will be teams put in that are not worthy due to being ranked in the top 20. Being ranked in the top 20 doesn't mean they are worthy if they are ahead of one of the Power of 5 conference. That is why It will always have teams in that are not deserving to be there. Sometimes it is hard to know which team is really deserving to be ranked in the top 20. No system is perfect.

I’d like to pull the chair from under this lame Sooner for posting such a stupid, non-thought out list.

They were unstoppable in NCAA Football '99 and '00.

But why people are voting me down? I guess they still think the author of this "Tiers" list is taking this seriously. I was even laughing about it. I knew it wasn't serious. I guess people take this way to serious on here!

Because we all know how Mizzou will turn out.

It’s an annual occurrence.

There is no way Boise is even in tier 3, much less tier 2

Reasonable. I'd put Auburn in Tier 4, with Baylor and TCU, and Wisconsin.

Tier 1 should be 1 and 2 combined with no Boise or Oregon.

And let’s be honest- going on the 90’s - you would think it was a sick cruel joke to have LSU as tier 2.

Crazy bout curly!
