Being 6'5" 240 likely assists him in this endeavor... I found it interesting how he told SVP he essentially doesn't slide because you put yourself in a vulnerable position and then it's all in the hands of the defender to decide what happens. It's actually safer to dictate the contact if you're an athlete who can do it.
Thought about it a lot after the Dante Moore deal. Sliding really isn't that great, kinda puts everyone in a bad spot.

What continues to be so odd to me is that they act like Clark is the first white girl to play in the WNBA, while in reality, several of the other stars of the league are/were white. It's strange.

I think Hyak and Haas are happy where they are with Hendrick. I would think NASCAR's long term goal is to have 3 legitimate teams with each manufacturer. RWR, Hyak, and Haas will eventually cash out.
I still think one day JRM somehow ends up in cup. Maybe like a Wood Brothers type arrangement, but with Hendrick or Spire.

Bianchi reporting Dodge to Cup in 2027 is near the finish line. ECR providing engines that are supposedly slightly modified, not exact same engine as Chevy. All 3 manufacturers signed off the plan. Kinda tells me Chevy doesn't really care what ECR and RCR does.
Seems like the writing is on the wall for Dodge to simply buy ECR down the road. Makes too much sense at this point. Also makes those Brad to RCR or Trackhouse rumors make a lot of sense.
As it stands TRD builds engines for 10 teams, Roush Yates also 10, Hendrick 9, and ECR 8. It'll be interesting to see what Trackhouse does. Try to switch to Hendrick? Or maybe they think they can become the top Dodge team?

Could play a huge role. I think if they end up starting off the metric Denny is around 12th or so and Bell is 17th or 18th. Larson would obviously be on pole.
Plus Denny went into detail on his pod that he wants hot and slick conditions, thinks it favors Toyota. If the race ends up pushed back to late Sunday it should be a cooler track.

The simplest answer is that there are more options than ever before. Not just sports, but all of entertainment. It's getting more and more difficult to command a big audience in anything.
The NFL is one of the few entities that transcends this, but even that won't last forever. shite is always changing.

I just don't want to get to where the division standings don't matter at all, like the NBA. I feel like that's a part of baseball. I wish they'd just go ahead and make the change from 6 divisions to 4 right now. That would pretty much fix the seeding problem and preserve the division races.
I don't like the selection idea at all. That's just manufactured drama.

This may be unpopular but I'd reduce stage points to 1-5 instead of 1-10. I'd also give the winner 50 points instead of 55.
I like guys racing hard for wins, but I think they swung a little hard on the points changes. When you got guys finishing top 5 and talking like they had a shite day I don't think that's great.
