Better yet, because Texas is moving into the SEC, the argument can be made that the conference move allows them to pay for it with no major changes to their existing budget.
So really not only would Texas be taking their HC, A&M voting to allow them into the SEC (yes I know they had their arm twisted to do so) means they in essence are also helping Texas pay to be able to do so...
