Those fans who cheer for teams who've won jacked shite(titles wise) will still cheer for their teams winning in other post season bowls. The same shite other fans cheer for. There are 4 teams in the playoff, so...

Minnesota were CFB gods, most don't know they have a team today
Michigan was the nails before World War II, a has been since
Notre Dame was great once, but a shell of themselves since
Southern Cal was great in the past century, but that century is past
Nebraska was more relevant than Texas, and they are a ghost today
Princeton, Yale, Harvard, Penn, and Cornell dominated, nobody cares today
