I agree with that. Even if we knock off 2 #1’s. Troy was bad. I felt for OKST in 11. They got hosed. Bama had NO business in that fn game! Saban and those boosters smh! Lol

Are you forgetting the 30 point loss to MSU? You could probably get a pass on one slip up but you lost by 30 to the traditional SEC cellar dweller that is MSU also.

The melt here and with cfp committee would be epic if we won out and beat two #1 teams

ETA: I mean really, your book you wrote is full of non truths.

I doubt we win, but be honest with your shite

I just read through his post, and I don't see where he was dishonest. he never said it was a nonconference loss or anything....not that it matters. He said Oklahma State was left out because of a bad loss. I agree. The Alabama/LSU game 1 was a huge struggle....close,close game, and OKie State had a loss to a bad team.

Am I misunderstanding your post?

I didn't. I think they put the two best teams in the country in the Championship game.
I know it was frustrating for you guys, but LSU and Alabama were the two best teams. Shoot, for that matter, I think either of those teams could beat every National Championship team since then. It was two crazy good teams.

I don't understand people that favor having a two-loss conference champion over a one-loss team that fails to win their conference. It basically negates the importance of a non-conference schedule completely. Ohio State deserved to be in last year's CFB Playoff for having the balls to schedule and beat Oklahoma in Norman. And if UGA's only loss is to Bama, they should make the CFB Playoff over a two-loss conference champion.

You are special ed. If we beat bama , the #1 team now , won out , then beat the new #1 team in georgia, we would most definitely go to the playoff. Troy loss or not.

We aren’t winning out , but if we did, we would be in the playoffs. No question.

Yes. Penn St's loss to Pitt kept them out last year even though they won the Big 10.

He did say "if". Why can't some of you numb nuts just play along? No, the lost to Troy would be an after thought. "If" we would happen to beat Alabama, then I would think we would come in around #10-12 in next weeks poles. Finish out the year and going into the SECCG I would think we would be around #5 to #7, this is depending on what the rest does in front of us of course.

Beat what more than likely will be #1 Georgia in the SECCG, there is no way they could keep us out, regardless of the bad loss to Troy. There, I played along, see how that works!

I hope LSU wins out just so the playoff will expand to 8 teams like it should be. ESPN will make sure that happens if their cash cow conference was left out.

I would say less than 100 yards of total offense, LSU only crossing the 50 ONCE (with about 8 minutes left in "that fn game"), and producing the only shutout in BCS championship game history would indicate otherwise.
