Free Will Wade ... about to happen
Feds want to block Wade's subpoena.
Like has been said... A big ole Nothing-Burger as far as Will Wade and this trial is concerned.
Our AD overreacted like he always does.
Wade will be back terrorizing your school again soon.

quote:
"Defendant Dawkins has proffered that he intends to call both coaches to testify about how much influence, as a head coach, they have over their student-athletes and how Dawkins did not bribe them," the motion stated. "To the extent that the defendants, as Dawkins's counsel suggested, seeks to introduce evidence that they dealt with men's basketball coaches who they did not bribe, such evidence would constitute impermissible 'good acts' evidence and should be precluded."

Did all of the Ole Miss fans switch to LSU after Freeze? All of this looks oddly familiar.

That's weak. You're a better poster than that.

I'm not against it in anyway, just pointing it out brother. I also apologise for making fun of Wade in that way, during this time of silence. Will go back to classier posts for you

It may be weak, but I couldn't help but laugh.

For any of us around in 2010, the about-face that LSU fans have done between the AU & Cam Newton saga and this LSU MBB situation is truly something to behold.
In 2010, every word written by this same group was regarded as if it was the Gospel. It was the same story line except that there were no tapes implicating either Cam or Auburn. Yet today, with tapes of WW released publicly, suddenly we are told that this is all just a big witch hunt.
Why the sudden change of heart? After all, LSU handled it exactly the way the LSU fans here said AU should have.

How does blocking Will Wade from testifying at a trial at all mean he is free and cleared from all wrongdoing?
I don’t think you understand what anything in this article means. The federal prosecutors are trying to block the defendant from using testimony from Wade and Miller to get sympathy from the jury and to shift focus to the NCAA’s amateurism rules. They aren’t blocking it because they claim Will Wade did nothing wrong.
If your interpretation of this were accurate, then the FBI being on the ground in Baton Rouge YESTERDAY would not make sense.
Never change, corndogs. Stay in Delusionville.

You're a glutton for punishment I see. As a beaker, I'm sure you get some sexual delight out of it.

Yeah sounds like LSU has the courts right where they want them.

NCAA has already sniffed around some and found nothing so that gave Smart playing the go ahead. Highly doubtful they find anything of consequence at this point. Y’all were smart for cowering away from my ban bet, well played
