Kansas and NC State
Big 12 can backfill with Houston.
ACC can backfill with Cincy or UCF.

Y'all were talking about wanting to leave the SEC bc of your weird obsession with supposed Bama bias.
Your charter membership is revoked.

Charter membership can't be revoked, and South Carolina will never have input.

Can we just get rid of Tennessee for frick sake? Does anyone like them?

The Big 10 adding Maryland and Rutgers will not be good in the long run. You aren't going to be able to force cable on people for much longer. More and more people are cord cutting. All those people in Baltimore, D.C., and NJ/NYC aren't going to be paying attention to Maryland and Rutgers.
Don't follow the Big 10's lead of adding programs because they are located near population centers.

I still say drop 30 teams based on success, attendance, and profitability down FCS. Then balance out the 10 conferences to 10 teams. Have promotion and demotion like soccer. Drop the conference title games, expand the playoffs to 10 champions and 6 at large seeded like the NCAA basketball tournament.

If we expand, it will be either Va or Va Tech and NC State.

Oklahoma will not come unless we include Oklahoma State. With that in mind I would say let’s take those two schools and be done with it. The problem is going to be when Oklahoma beats A&M 77 to nothing again. What will the Huggies do, go back to the big 12? Become independent? Or just quit playing football.

North Carolina State (UNC will NEVER leave a conference they run)
Virginia Tech
There are no other answers.

Last time the two schools played, A&M won 41-13.
Two years before that, A&M won 33-17.

My first option would be Clemson and Florida State, but that's not happening.
My second option would be Oklahoma and Texas, but that's probably not happening.
My realistic option would be NC State and Virginia Tech, especially for football.

The B1G and ACC are tied up in GOR agreements for years.
If expansion comes any time soon it would come from an imploded XII.

I would attempt Va Tech and OU. I think they fit. I wouldn’t want Texas.
