They still can but they’re going to look really silly in the legal fall out over contract breaks, fees, partial revenue, deformation, brand damage, etc. they would look as stupid as Sankey if they walk in with that direct comparison staring back at them. It’s like the judge told a Vandy player attorney when Sankey was evasive to Vandy asking if they would be punished for player if they won
