Geez. We get it.
It’s constant from you.

Aggies hate their hypocrisies being pointed out.

I get it.

2 days after, and was questioned about leaving 10 day prior and denied it.

That isn’t true.
And you’re doing it again.
I genuinely don’t get it.
Carry on I guess.

Nah, you don't get it man. He walked into aggie land every day for 3 whole seasons. Convinced these impressionable young men to fight hard for him, their team, and their university. Went to all the fundraisers, alumni events, and athletic meetings. Then, the second the Texas job becomes available, he's gone. He didnt stop UT from announcing their coaching vacancy before the final. He didnt stop the official announcement coming out less than 24 hours after an excruciating game 3 finals loss. He just floated away. He could've gone anywhere else, and it wouldve been acceptable. But he went to the one place that was off limits. Kicked the whole fanbase while they were at rock bottom. It takes a special kind of person to have that little disregard for the program they coached for.

“I am not commenting on any other job positions at this time, please focus questions on the game we just played out of respect for the players.”

Easy peasy. I mean he apologized about his little rant for a reason, even he knew it was wrong.

You're attempting to conduct a good faith argument with someone incapable of arguing in good faith.

Think of that person as an "Al Greene" type.

Elko says he isn't going to A&M then leaves in the middle of the night, Aggies celebrate.

Schloss does the same thing and Aggies bitch and moan about integrity, ethics, etc

Point out why it was okay for Elko to lie then leave, but Schloss can't.

Is it just because it was a rival?

Man said frick his family, he's going to A&M then left to Texas so his priorities are Texas, A & M, then family. That's according to him. Telling.
He also said he loves a&m, the support he got from the school, and the fact that he'd never say anything negative about the school.

That's according to him. Telling.

Maybe it's because at the time he was asked that Saturday, MARK STOOPS was the new head coach of A&M, or have you forgotten that shitstorm.

While Duke was still in their regular season Elko was obviously contacted with about leaving (A&M logic) and negotiations had started. Pot meet kettle.
I don’t care for it, but major programs are now big business and follow those norms.

My kid is a soon to be soph at A&M. Told me that it has been reported by neighbors that there was a moving truck and movers moving Schloss's belongings out of his house the Sunday prior to the start of the CWS. Have you heard anything about that?

JS moved out of his house in Traditions months ago. He’s been living at the Snook ranch.

From my non-longhorn perspective I can get why A&M fans are upset, I would hate the guy as well.

But at the end of the day, it's just a coach taking another job. There isn't a school out there who gives a frick about the fans of another school, including your own.

If given the chance, A&M would have done exactly the same to Texas, or anyone else.

You guys just look like a bunch of bitches with all this Texas whining.

Think of t.u. and the sports media in Texas in a similar vein as the Democrat Party and the vast majority of the national media and see if you still believe that.

It’s never been about one coach leaving to go to another program. That happens all the time.

The very fact you continue to try to distill what happened into your fictitious, manufactured narrative tells me you’re not serious about having an honest dialogue.

But that’s per the norm for you, despite your ever-present, unconvincing shtick.

Ok, but all that happened here is they hired your HC. Once again, which is nothing different than what any team, including your own, would have done and has done.

You're pretending there is some kind of code that has been broken, when it's just business as usual. Your feelings and butt hurt are your problem.

if he says that, every Aggie is going to freak out and assume he's leaving. "If he's not gone, why doesn't he just say so???" would be the prevailing sentiment. there is NO answer that would appease TAMU and not paint him as a liar.

he handled that question poorly, yes. but that isn't why y'all are upset. had he given the smoothest, most diplomatic answer possible, you guys wouldn't be saying "well this is fine because he didn't lie at his press conference."

You conveniently left out the part about his new boss who broke previous promises and lost his trust. Alberts soured him on A&M big-time.
